Good Tomato.

The tomato has redeemed itself. I roasted a small chunk of pork shoulder that I talked a butcher out of with some red onions, garlic and the 4/5 of the tomato that remained. 8 hours later, I have tasty sandwich meat. Best part: the tomato is really good now that it is mixed with pork fat and some heat. Bless you tomato for all that you do.
